Our Recruiters schedule promising candidates for interviews with our team, and also with client representatives. Each candidate must also complete a skills assessment, reference checks, and undergo a background check and/or drug screening. Aspen of DC conducts background checks and pre-employment screenings in compliance with all legal and professional standards to ensure the security and integrity of the work environment.
