Aspen of DC President Brandy Butler to Receive Minority
Business Leader Award from the Washington Business Journal
WASHINGTON, DC, February 14, 2012 - Aspen of DC President Brandy R. Butler is one of 24 leaders in the Washington area who has been selected by the Washington Business Journal for the 2012 Minority Business Leader Awards. In its 5th year, the program recognizes the entrepreneurial drive, creativity and success of the honorees.
Butler has more than 15 years of education and leadership experience in the human resources industry. An accomplished staffing professional and marketer, her vision and expertise have driven enterprise growth for Aspen of DC since its inception in 2003.
“This is a very exciting time for not only me, but all of us at Aspen of DC. I am truly honored to be receiving this award, and I hope that I and the other honorees can serve as an inspiration to the success of other minority business leaders,” said Butler.
The Washington Business Journal will present the 2012 Minority Business Leader Awards at the Capitol Hilton Hotel on Friday, March 16.
